Integrative Fundamental Wellbeing (IFW)

A deeper familiarity among the participants.

Due to the international nature of the organization, the overarching objectives of the bootcamp were to facilitate the interaction and familiarization of all the participants; create a common fertile soil to continue building and growing the company;
provide some basic concepts and tools of personal growth, prioritizing those that aim at connecting people and facilitating relationships; and finally, still allow 50% of the time for the participants to do work together.

Each bootcamp is designed around the specific objectives and constraints of a corporate client. This bootcamp consisted of six 2-hour sessions (as live calls) on Zoom/Teams meeting.
